BS2

Building automation with decentralized intelligence is BS2's core competency. In the ventilation, heating and cooling of many buildings lies enormous potential for energy savings. BS2 is exploring new approaches to carbon-dioxide-free buildings. The products developed do their job with very little resources in terms of material, operating energy and maintenance.

Currently the most important product is the Airbox, a flexible space/cost saving ventilation device and a perfect solution for decentralized partial climate control in buildings. The Airbox requires very low electrical power resulting in low power consumption. With a total height of only 10 cm, the Airbox offers flexibility, requires little installation space and is easy to service. Thanks to digitalSTROM, the Airbox develops its collective intelligence through cross-linking so the devices can be actuated individually with different control systems.
